It what seems to be a common trend with Yahoo, they again have been sued by Chinese Dissidents.
Several men are suing the company and their Hong Kong subsidiary alleging that the companies cooperation with the Chinese government has harmed them. The lawsuit which was filed in Oakland California claims Yahoo handed over their information to Chinese authorities in 2003, that information led tot he arrest of Li Zhi who is serving an 8 year sentence in a Chinese prison.
The men claim they have lost property, business assets among other things. Yahoo has settled similar lawsuits int he past for undisclosed amounts of money.

I have no clue but if the previous case gives you an idea of what they will do, they will probably settle.
