We here at HardwareGeeks.com have a lot of stuff to mail, be it packages of product for guys to review or just simply paying the bills. Since we have so many things to mail out and we use the United States Postal Service, since they are the cheapest and as reliable as all the other major shippers.

When we ship something out, we typically write the address on the envelope and stamp our return address in the corner, we also have envelopes pre-printed with our return address. While this has worked for us sometimes your hand starts to cramp up after writing address after address on envelopes.

Yeah you can use the printer but that takes forever, I can literally write the address on 20 envelopes than my printer can print out 5, and you wouldn’t believe how many paper jams I have when trying to print onto envelopes.

It prints out labels super fast, literally 1 label per second is what I timed it out, that’s way faster than my hand can write and a lot faster than what my printer can print.

No need to stand in line at the post office and deal with disgruntle government employees. (USPS if you read this everyone at your 11212 Brownsville Station in Brooklyn NY has an attitude problem) What is also cool about Dymo Stamps is that it’s free; there is no monthly fee just the cost of the stamp which seems to be going up every year. We are saving $180 a year on service charges from Stamps.com because with the Dymo Stamps there is no monthly fee like there is with Stamps.com.

And you don’t have to just use the LabelWriter Twin Turbo just for address labels and Stamps.

We here at HardwareGeeks.com used it to also label all of our files, and folders. Print product keys for the software our computers use, and stuck those labels onto the computers.
