Microsoft today made it official, and squashed all the rumors. They have told Reuters that there will in fact be no Blu-Ray drive for the Xbox 360.
The internet was full of buzz that Microsoft was already making a Blu-Ray drive for the Xbox 360 but like 99.95% of all rumors it turned out not to be true. Microsoft also said the only reason the PS3 has out sold the Xbox 360 in January and February is because of Supply problems.

I bet the next xbox 360 will have a blue ray drive
