The biggest search engine in the world has done nothing but complain about the proposed Microsoft and Yahoo Merger, and the complaining has gotten so bad that it has made me wonder if, Google is just out right scared.

Eric Schmidt the CEO for Google last week, said he is concerned because he doubts Microsoft would be open about anything they will do with Yahoo, and he thinks Microsoft and Yahoo together will do bad for the internet.

If I could ask Eric Schmidt some questions I would ask the following:

Will Google be open with anything Google does with DoubleClick?
I personally doubt Google will be open about anything it plans to do with DoubleClick, why should they? So why should Microsoft be open about its plans with Yahoo?

What will Google do to correct what they have done bad to the Internet?
You may be thinking how has Google done bad to the internet? One word “AdSenseactually that’s two words compressed into one. It is my opinion, that AdSense has done nothing but create crappy page after crappy page after crappy page full of false information. Causing Googles own search results to be cluttered by these crappy pages full of crap for lack of a better word. The AdSense Revolution as I call it has caused the US Goverment to tell people not to trust any website that contains medical information unless it’s a .gov website or .edu website.

I blame that on Google, and their lack of policing of its publishers. There was a time where you could search for a form of cancer and get legitimate info and a few stories from peeople on their experience with that form of cancer. Now you search for a form of Cancer and you get 4 or 5 crappy pages full of AdSense ads and each one says something different. But that’s another article.

Back on topic, what I do think Eric Schmidt is worried about, is the fact that Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmar has said, he will do everything he can to gain Market Share on Google even if it meant ending his career at Microsoft.

Those are strong words from Ballmar, and him saying what he said probably scared the crap out of Googles CEO, because he probably knows what Ballmar says Ballmar does. Even if the end result doesn’t make him look like an angel. After all that fool (Ballmer) was crazy enough to Spike an Xbox 360 controller during a Keynote, and lets not forget the Monkey dance he performed for everyone just recently.

So is Google Scared? I don’t know but if I was in Eric Schmidt’s shoes I would be doing my best to prevent a Microsoft Yahoo merger. But I think he pretty much screwed Googles chances of stopping that merger when they acquired Doubleclick.

Ofcourse Google is afraid just like Yahoo and Microsoft were afraid of the doubleclick purchase.

But I agree the Google CEO is full of bull shit, the Yahoo and MS merger will be bad for the internet maybe but not as bad as adsense was.
