According to a Press Release I just received, Raul Castro the new President of Cuba has lifted some restrictions and will allow Cubans on the Communist island to buy Computers and DVDs.
The government will now also allow Cubans to buy microwaves among other things.
The press release did not really say much, but here is more information about what Cubans can now buy.

wow thats crazy, even in china they could buy computers.
