So my Blackberry Curve 8350i for the second time in the 5 months I have had it is not getting service, the first time they swapped my phone and told me if it happens again to call Tech Support that they may have a fix for the issue in the future since it was an unknown issue then.
I call Tech Support and was told they will call me back in an hour, after 8 hours I call back and get transfered to a porn ad several times. I have multiple videos to post if you guys don’t believe me but I just posted one.

haha that is great, it also happened to me before but with linksys a while back. But their 800 number went straight to a phone sex number I was not transferred.

Yeah I got a laugh out of it, but I’m pissed to be honest. 8 hours for them to call back and when they don’t I call and get that.
