So today I picked up the Lincoln MKZ 2009, to test out the newest version of Microsoft Sync which is available on almost all ford vehicles. Being in NYC I do not drive as much as I’d like because everything is with in walking distance or you get there fast by taking a subway or bus. But once in a blue moon I find my self in the driver seat of a car.
I have to say that the Lincoln MKZ 2009 handles really well, you can turn her on a dime if you had too.
I will have a full review on the car and the “Sync” system next week sometime, and I will be posting some pictures later on today maybe tomorro.

I thought the Nav system was one of the better stock units I’ve seen and used.

Could it be MacGuy giving MS credit for something good!!!!

Never have been anti-MS but I’m pretty sure they had nothing to do with the navigation system

The Navigation System is a Microsoft Product.
The entire Sync system is a Microsoft prouct.

Interesting. Are you positive about that? When I test drove an ‘09 that had the Nav system the salesman specifically said it was powered by Pioneer. The only mention of MS was in regard to the Sync system that tied into the audio/multimedia. Sure you’re not reading the wrong press release again

I just spoke someone at MS Auto, they said they make the entire UI and all the software, so thats kind of throwing me a bone and trying to figure out what they mean.
I emailed them to clarify.
