HP has entered the easy back up market with the Media Vault mv2120, the device looks similar to their Media Home Server device and works like the Maxtor One Touch.

The HP Media Vault mv2120 will aromatically backup your data daily or automatically depends on how you set it up, it will allow you remote access to the device so you can view your files while away from home, and it will also integrates with iTunes and allow for iTunes music playback directly from the device.

The mv2120 will ship with 500 GB of storage, HP will also ship the mv5100 Pro series which is available in 1 TB and 1.5 TB.

I know what the device looks like as I have seen it before but I do not have a picture of it, so I am waiting for HP to send me one so that I can show you all what it looks like.

The 500 GB version of the media vault has a starting price of 299 USD and is available at HP Shopping.

I would recomend a home server as it allows you to do so much more.
