So I came across some demo code yesterday of rendering win32 forms using XSD’s. So I think to myself, I wonder if I can modify that to work as an InfoPath form environment. And the answer was a very easy yes. I don’t have XSL support in it so it’s not pretty but as you can see by the attached screenshot it loads InfoPath templates (*cough* XSD’s *cough*) just fine along with the associated XML file for the form contents just fine.
