Yesterday at Pecom HP demoed their 6390p Elitebook with 24 hours of battery life, they showed the Notebook running Mobile Mark and what appeared to be the 21st hour and it supposedly passed the 24 hour mark, I was not there to witness it but I have word from various sources that it did meet and passed the 24 hour mark. HP back on August 20th confirmed that their Elitebook 6390p could make it 24 hours, but this is the first time they have demoed it in public.
Today in News Papers across the country, HP is running an ad that says “Dude, your Dell Died 5 hours ago” essentially making fun of the old “Dude, you’re getting a Dell” ad campaign which ended when the star was arrested for marijuana possession and also making fun of the Dell Latitude which supposedly has a 19 hour battery life.
I a trying to get a copy of the ad now.
Click the link below to view a PDF of the ad.

Impressive if it got to the 24 hour mark.
But what kind of strain does Mobile Mark put on the system?

Hi,
HP has done a great work in Elitebook6390p model. 24 hour battery power is something unimaginable. Really great work i would say! suprising to see that the backup exceeds that of a dell laptop

Hey Dude is it possible? If yes then it will be a great achievement in the field of science. It will be treated as technical break through of hp in the it sector.
