People say big things come in small packages, well with the WorkForce 1100 big things come out of big printers!

I personally have never used a printer like the WorkForce 1100 before so I had no idea what I was missing, the ability to print Cue Cards for example for some videos we make here at HardwareGeeks.com, to the ability to print out banners was a god send.

There was a time where I would print 5, 10, 15 and even 20 pieces of paper and assemble them into a poster or a long banner, with the WorkForce 1100 that is a thing of the past because it can print a full banner and on large paper. If you are wondering how large upto 13x19 inches.

The speed it prints is amazing, I thought I would have to wait a long time for half of the cue cards I made and regardless if it was a black and white print or full color, the speed at which the 1100 printed was amazing.

It was also very easy to set up, I thought because it was big it would require some long set up process, but 5 minutes and it was set up. 4.5 of those minutes were installing the software.

You can network the WorkForce 1100 but you’ll need a print server.

Overall the WorkForce 1100 is a great printer for any business big or small that requires large prints and for $199 in my opinion a bagain.
