Edited by Michael thanks to arpi for clearig up the instructions, Brians original post below:
I have received over a 100 e-mails in the last week on how to mount the TouchSmart PC. There must be a real need for mounting this...Wake up HP! Here is how it is done: * use a standard VESA mounting bracket for a monitor. I * cut the ends off each of the 4 legs to get it to fit * re-drill 2 holes on the bottom side of the bracket. * Extend the leg stand fully out all the way * use the locking switch on the stand to lock it into position. * Next take off the back center cover plate that covers up the leg stand mounting plate ( There is just 1 screw holding this plate) * Peel up the back edge of the cover at the bottom just slightly to unsnap it * then slide the cover plate down. (It will slip right off). * Remove the 4 screws holding the leg stand to the metal frame. (the 2 top most screw holes will be reused for the new mounting bracket). * The holes are not quite VESA spacing so the bracket will need to be drilled out to match these 2 holes. * Next remove the screws that hold the larger back cover. (Note there are 2 screws under the DVD drive plate (The plat snaps off) and 3 under the port bay. The top of the PC has plastic hinges and no screws.) * Now remove the metal Motherboard cover with the 12+ screws. * Take the metal cover to your workbench and center the bracket and mark and drill the holes. * Once that is done, mark and drill the up bracket holes. (Note you will have to cut down the bracket on all 4 legs to make it fit). * Once mounted put the metal Motherboard cover back on * then cut some of the plastic on the back cover to make it fit around the bracket using a box cutter. (by marking the area you want to cut and scribing it several times with the box cutter). * With a pair of pliers gently rock back and fourth on the scribe line and the plastic will break on the lines, then clean it up with the box cutter. * You will also have to cut some of the support plastic ribs on the under cover that interfere with the bracket. * Then do the same for the removable small back cover. Warranty Info from HP: In General, If the customer is drilling holes, that would void the warranty as this is changing the system significantly. If they are just removing the stand and adding some sort of adapter, that is okay, but if the unit falls off and breaks, that is not covered by warranty. If the customer breaks it in the process of “installing” or “mounting” the unit on their DIY method, that would void the warranty Wall Mounting a HP TouchSmart PC I have received over a 100 e-mails in the last week on how to mount the TouchSmart PC. Good job. The only other thing I would suggest is breaking the steps down as individual bullet points rather than one long continuous paragraph. (makes it a bit tough to read)

Unlike HP, I've had the 24" apple hanging on the wall for about six months now. My husband was hanging the T.V. and I suggested hanging the Alien, which is what he calls it, on the wall. So he did a little research and found an Vesa compatible bracket and a circuit city articulating arm and together they have lived happily ever after.
