I know a few chicks with bodies like that who have had 2 kids or more. Not every womens tits sag and belly get stretchies.

That's not what "boyish figure" is. I'm not sure if it's fact but many think after childbirth a woman's hips (pelvis) are slightly wider creating more of a curve from waist to hips (we're not talking about fat) As you can see, she has almost no curve.

My hips got wide after I popped out mine at 17. I think it happens to some women and doesn't happen to others.
