I recieve this error when attemting to play a DVD movie using DVD Xpack made by intervideo I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or a possible solution to this problem, thanks in advance

it seems there is no way of contacting them for support, hmmm... that cant be good, maybe someone has experienced this problem and has a solution, or maybe there is a way of contacting them... i appreciate your help, thanks

From what I read via press releases for other Intervideo Products the error sometimes occurs when your using a pirated copy of their software. And sometimes when the software it self is just corupt.

I'm asking because i bought a brand new computer and it wont play or even spin a dvd in the hard drive. So any other suggestions would also be great please. oh i have windows xp and media player ten on it, shouldnt that do?
