I think its a shame and the NBA should require these guys go to school. Most of these guys have no idea how to manage their money and you give em a 10 Million dollar contract all that money goes down the drain in a matter of months.
I think MLB requires some edumacation. Im not sure MacGuy could tell us he was in the Majors. Kinda cool knowing one of my Members was a Major Leaguer. MacGUy I want your autograpth |

cool, i didn't know macguy was pro! i played minor league here in Abilene (prarie dogs - atlanta braves) Midland (Rockhounds - were california angels) for two years. didn't foresee any future advancement to the show or more $ so i joined the navy and finished college

i think just about the only sport where people are not able to go directly into after highschool is the NFL and maybe even the NHL.. but i'm not sure about how young guys are in the NHL... and yea i agree they should required to go to college... 1. you learn alot about life in general during those years... and 2. they're just kids being thrown into the real world too abruptly... but who's gonna stop it??
