hi, Im completely new at this but Ive got a cd of the longhorn iso and tried installing with it and I just keep getting a bunch of missing file errors during install...is there anyway to merge a win xp pro and longhorn disk so it will actually install?

don't do that, don't know why anyone started that rumour about merging cd's but it's not true. If you're going to install longhorn and you're new to it, just install from HardDrive and see if you like it, if you don't you didn't spend the extra time fixing the cd.

You mean to tell me the fucked up version of the betas ISO is still going around?? Damn i would think pre fixed ISO's would be running around by now :/

I alway install stuff from my hard drive first to see if it works than i burn it
