so they said the drivers for it are on the media center disk
interesting even so most of the time the card oem or not comes with its on disc with the drivers
Yes, he said that his tech tested it with an OEM disk and the drivers were there. and it installed fine. So I need to find a set of thoes drivers. let me know if you or anybody finds them.

I've been following the Windows Media Center Message Board and a couple of days ago someone posted a website for the MCE drivers for th Emuze card. I'll see if I can find it and post it here.

Sorry. The website is actually for the Haupaugge video card.
Just download the win2000/xp drivers for your tv-tuner
and run the setup by pressing r-click> properties> compatibility> win2000 or XP
Then run the setup and it will install fine your tv-tuner
This has helped for me too
I have an PCTV Rave ;)

I have a ATI TV Wonder VE, is there a way to get media center to work with that?
Hi Sean B
For which card did you get the drivers for the Hauppauge or the Emuzed Maui card ?
I had installed the drivers for the Hauppauge card but MCE kept saying drivers not installed correctly restart MCE or call Tech support.
Did you actualy get it to work ? If so with what card?
If you did please send me a walk through of what and where to get the drivers and did you have to tweek anything.
Thanks
Steve

my bro has the AIW, personally I don't see Media Center as necessary. Like my bro can pretty much watch the tv, record live, etc.. and has a cool remote. It may be missing some stuff that MC has, but is it entirely worth it.
Opps, LOL this is for longhorn...

I've got a question concerning the MCE component. Has anyone actually gotten it to work with any install. Specifically the PVR/DVR TV section. Kelso thanks for posting that accessmicro.com sells the components. I did a search on their site and they don't seem to list those componets for sale. Did you order them over the phone or are they no longer selling them? I really would like to see someone (other than a purchased OEM) box get this working. Any insight would be helpful because I can't seem to get the TV portion to work. I also know the two cards that supposedly work (Emuzed EvcapMaui Device, and PVR 250 TV Cards). Maybe we need someone to post the drivers for these cards from the OEM CD. Any ideas?
Kelso and I have been looking all over for the drivers for the Emuzed, and HE FOUND THEM!!! I am attaching them to the post so if you want you can grab them, now all I need is to get my card :D
Thanks Kelso

I got a wintv250pvr running on mce. I installed the latest drivers for it (card driver and software decoder) and installed windvd 3.0 and wmp9. When I try to play DVDs, windvd shuts down or gives me an error while wmp9 just gives me a blank screen. Media center freezes when I click on the DVD button (reads the DVD-rom and stops). TV doesn't work (Decoder error) although it works in WinTV2k. Any help?

I just called Accessmicro and they don't have those part #'s nor do they have the parts for sale according to the sales rep. The weird thing is that they build a XP MCE box on their site. I don't get it. I do appreciate the drivers that you all posted. Now I just need to get the darn card. Anyone know where to get one?

Well I finally had a chance to get on IRC and got the file within 15 minutes. Needless to say I figured I'd share. So here you go. Let me know if you all get it working!!! Hmm looks like you can't attach a file that large. E-mail me if you want it sent to you. Be sure to have 3.5 megs of quota available.
I need the driver 'mce-pvr250pack.rar' for my wintv-pvr 250, if anyone can send it, please send it to webregistration@plainfieldengineering.com Thank You
