So far I've tested UT1 and Half-Life both work only in Software mode. DirectX crashes longhorn, and OpenGL just causes the game itself to crash. For UT1 I also had to put in XP Compatibility Mode for it to work or else it crashed to desktop after showing the load screen.

How'd everyone else get their games to work and which games just won't work for them?

Just a question, but are you actually beta testing Longhorn for M$, or just messing around?

longhorn hasn't hit beta, it only just hit alpha internally, but if any guys with badges ask then I am *cough* using a legit copy ;). To everyone else, they know I got the ISO off of somewhere *innocent look*
